i hyperfixate on many things. i understand some of these things are problematic, and i am constantly calling them out when they're in the wrong. however, i am extremely attached to these things. people such as børns and mitchy collins, who i don't support at all and wont talk about, made music that's been a huge part of my life. i try to distance myself but i still fixate on it. again, i won't talk about those on main

i gatekeep a lot of my fixations because they bring me comfort, and once i see someone who i dont like / doesnt like me talking about them i start to associate that thing with them & its no longer comforting.
